Scrubly – clean up your address book

Scrubly is produced by BluCapp Inc, a company with headquarters in Seattle.
This application will clean up your contacts and make you save the time you would have spent in doing it by hand.
Scrubly will:

import your twitter data
remove duplicates
merge compatible contacts
delete junk contacts

The software is free up to 250 contacts.
